AERA offers a remote MCP connection for business metrics, CRM funnel observations, signals and answers. It can only read data in the workspace you approve.
Directory status: This integration is being prepared for public review. This guide does not mean AERA has been approved or listed in the ChatGPT or Claude directories.
How connection works
- Add a custom MCP connector in a supported client using AERA's server URL.
- Choose Sign in with AERA, then approve the specific workspace and read permissions.
- The assistant can then request only approved information. Revoke access in your AERA account's connected AI apps settings.

What the assistant can read
- Metrics and available period comparisons
- Observed CRM sales funnel and data limitations
- Explainable business signals
- Ask AERA answers subject to plan limits
What the connection cannot do
It cannot create or delete deals, manage payments, or switch into another company's workspace. Contact personal data is hidden by default. Missing data must not be invented.
Data shared with the AI provider
Once you consent, responses from AERA may be processed by your chosen third-party AI provider — OpenAI or Anthropic — under that provider's terms. Check its privacy policy and make sure you have authority to share your business information.
