An AI request is one answer or analysis. AERA calculates the numbers from your sources, not in the chat. Extra request packs are sold to rouble accounts; a dollar price is not published yet.
Payment. You can create an account yourself. Card checkout on the site is not described as live: a button appears only when Core returns checkout.ready. The published T-Bank account does not by itself turn checkout on. A yearly price is 10% off twelve months. It is not “12 months for the price of 10”.

When does free access start?

Do I need a bank card?
No. You do not need a card for the account. You only need one when you choose a paid plan.
When will I be charged?
There are no automatic charges. When site checkout is available, each period is paid separately. A receipt is issued only for a payment that actually completed.
How do the plans differ?
In CRMs and AI requests: Start — 1 CRM and 500 requests, Business — 3 CRMs and 1,500, Pro — 10 CRMs and 5,000 a month. Everything else is the same in every plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no automatic renewal yet: you decide whether to take a plan.
How many CRMs can I connect?
Start includes 1 CRM, Business 3, Pro 10. A dollar price for an extra CRM is not published. It is not a conversion of 349 RUB.

What if I run out of AI requests?
Rouble accounts can add a +1,000 request pack for 990 RUB a month, with the plan or later in the account for the days left in a paid period: one pack on Start, up to three on Business, no limit on Pro. A dollar price is not published yet.
What is an AI request?
One answer or analysis prepared by the AI, for example a reply in Telegram or in Ask Aera. A separate free allowance is published only after the server starts metering it.
What counts as a connection?
One connected system with data about customers, deals, orders or payments — amoCRM or another CRM. Website visit data (AERA Tracking) does not count as a separate connection.
Is there a limit on users?
No, the price does not depend on the number of users. If it matters who on your team sees what, message us and we will discuss it.
What can I do now?

How do I delete my data?
Message the Telegram bot @aera_platform_bot and we will delete your company’s data. The deletion process and timelines will be described in the privacy policy.
Is there a yearly discount?
Yes: 10% off when you pay for a year. That is not “12 months for the price of 10”. Paying for a year on the site is available only when Core returns checkout.ready.
How does help with connecting work?
Self-service connection is the main path. If you need help, contact support. Founder-assisted setup is not required.
