Connect the CRM you already use.
amoCRM connects Native OAuth: an Allow button in the cabinet when Core serves the app. Other CRMs use API or webhook. Website data comes through AERA Tracking. No developer needed.
Ways to connect
Four ways to send data to AERA.
If you use amoCRM, start there. For another CRM, the way depends on whether it shares data on request or sends changes by itself. Not sure what fits? Tell us in the Telegram bot which system you use and we will advise.
Open the method that fits your system: the step-by-step instructions are inside.
amoCRMNative: the Allow button in amoCRM.+
In the cabinet click Connect amoCRM. If Core serves OAuth, amoCRM opens — Allow — and data starts loading. No access key to paste.
Create a company in AERA
After sign-up, add your company and click Connect amoCRM.
Click Allow
amoCRM opens. Access is granted only when Core confirms Native OAuth.
Wait for the check
Connect your CRM and see what AERA sees in your data.
- What we need from you
- Sign in to amoCRM and click Allow. No developer needed.
- If it does not work
- Contact support and we will help you connect.
REST APIFor a CRM that shares data on request.+
A REST API is how a CRM hands data to other services when they ask for it. AERA regularly fetches customers, deals, orders and payments from your system and counts your numbers from them. No manual spreadsheet exports.
Get API access
You need your CRM’s API address and an access key. Your system administrator can provide them.
Choose what to share
For example, a list of deals or orders. AERA only reads this data and changes nothing in your CRM.
Match the fields
Tell us which field in your CRM holds the amount, status or date. We will help with this.
Check the connection
Before going live, AERA checks access and the data format. Errors show up right away.
- What data can be shared
- Customers, leads, deals, bookings, orders, payments, products and services, staff, branches. Up to 10 different lists in one connection.
- How the access key is stored
- Encrypted on the AERA server. It never reaches the browser.
- Do I need a developer
- You need API access and a key. We will help with the first connection.
- For your IT specialist
- Authorization: Bearer token, Basic auth or an API key in a header. Pagination: by page number, offset or cursor.
WebhookFor a CRM that reports changes by itself.+
A webhook is a message the CRM sends to another service when something changes: a new deal, a new status, a payment. This way changes reach AERA right away.
Set up sending in your CRM
Choose what to report: new, changed and deleted records.
Turn on protection
The CRM signs every message with a secret key. AERA rejects messages without a signature or older than 5 minutes.
Check the first events
Accepted and rejected messages are shown on the connection screen in AERA.
- What data can be shared
- Customers, leads, deals, bookings, orders, payments. For money, the amount and currency are sent, and a payment can be a charge or a refund. You can use your own statuses.
- If messages stop arriving
- AERA notices that the data is not updating and marks the affected numbers as incomplete.
- Do I need a developer
- If your CRM can set up webhooks, usually not. If the messages need to be put together separately, we will help describe the format.
- For your IT specialist
- HMAC-SHA256 signature over the request body and send time. Each event has an ID, time, record type, operation (created, updated, deleted), external ID and fields.
AERA TrackingTo see which channels bring in leads.+
AERA Tracking collects events from your website: page views, form fills, leads. Ad tags (UTM) and the referring source are saved with them. This lets AERA link leads in the CRM to the channel the customer came from.
Connect your CRM first
AERA Tracking adds to your CRM data, so it is connected after the CRM.
Add the code to your website
You need access to the website code or a tag manager. We will tell you which events to send.
Check the first events
They will appear on the connection screen in AERA.
- What is collected
- Page views, form starts and submissions, conversions. Also the first page of the visit, where the visitor came from, UTM tags and ad click IDs, if any.
- Does it use up a plan slot
- No. Tracking does not count as a separate connection.
- If a lead has no tags
- AERA shows such leads separately and does not attribute them to any channel.

Connection control

Every source keeps four properties that are enough for a quick connection check.
- 01Data source
Which system the numbers came from: a CRM, an ad account, a payment system or a website.
- 02Connection method
How the data reaches AERA: a ready-made connection, REST API, webhook or AERA Tracking.
- 03Last update
When AERA last received data from this source.
- 04Access state
Whether access to the source still works or the connection needs to be renewed.
