2. Channel
Email supplied by the user. If AERA later introduces other advertising channels, separate consent will be obtained where required by law.
3. Content
AERA news, new features, promotional educational content, special offers, discounts, event invitations and other communications intended to promote AERA.
4. Optional nature
Consent is separate and optional. Not selecting the checkbox or later withdrawing consent does not restrict account creation, payment or use of AERA features.
5. Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until withdrawn. The user may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email when available or by emailing support@aera-platform.ru. Marketing messages through the relevant channel stop without undue delay after withdrawal is received.
6. Service messages
Email verification, security notices, payment and subscription notices, critical integration messages and requested support replies may be sent independently where needed to perform the contract or respond to the user.
7. Evidence
AERA may retain the date/time of consent and withdrawal, text version, email address and technical event metadata to the extent needed to prove lawful marketing and honor the withdrawal.
